For another year, SIS Credit is a partner in the national competition "Best Youth Startup in Bulgaria 2026", initiated by the Fund of Funds and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and under the patronage of the Minister of Innovation and Growth.
The SIS Credit team will take part in the mentoring program for participants to help implement business ideas of young people aged 18 to 29 in three categories:
- Business Stars – small business
- Future Unicorns – a technology startup
- SDG Dragons – projects focused on the Sustainable Development Goals
The three-month training program is now published on the competition website and includes online training, in-person events, gaming competitions and networking meetings. Applications are open until April 24, 2026, with early registration recommended to allow participants to benefit from the maximum number of in-person initiatives starting in February. The competition part will be led by Founder Institute Central & Eastern Europe and will be held in five stages in April and May.
“Best Youth Startup in Bulgaria 2026” is the largest national initiative to support youth entrepreneurship in our country and over the years has managed to engage and make part of its community a large part of the key participants in the entrepreneurial environment. Since its launch in 2022, more than 750 participants with over 500 ideas have passed through it, and 9 of them have received investment. The competition is a national winner of the European Enterprise Promotion Awards and among the ten best European competitions for building entrepreneurial skills in Europe.
